Chytayka online shop derives from the namesake book store that has been operating in Kyiv, Ukraine, since 2009. In the middle of 2010 store owners made a decision to develop online sales. While store management team had a great desire to do it as soon as possible its possibilities of investing were limited by shop’s own profit. So there was a critical need for a solution to start using digital tools in cost effective way.
